What We Offer
Financial Assistance Through Scholarships
We believe in empowering rural youth through skill development. We offer full scholarships in some trades (entire admission fees) to deserving students pursuing vocational training, making it possible for them to acquire valuable skills and build a brighter future.

We offer helpful services designed for our community. Our industrial training programs give students practical skills and real-world experience in different technical areas, helping them grow and prepare for jobs. At the same time, our home nursing services provide kind and expert care, supporting the elderly and patients in the comfort of their homes.
About Us
The ISEAF is a charity registered under The Societies Registration Act 1860, with the number 133/Goa/95, located in Rai, Siolim, Bardez, Goa. Donations from locals get a 50% tax break under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961.
Since 1991, when its founder, Mr. Rudolf Schwartz from Germany, first came to Goa, ISEAF has been helping underprivileged students.
Over the years, thousands of students finished their education with financial support from ISEAF, mostly through sponsorships from other countries. Sadly, this support has now ended.
Still, the main goal of ISEAF is to train students at our three technical institutes, which were built using funds sent from Germany by Mr. Schwartz.

Access to education is a right for every child.
We help children access education at our three institutions, enabling them to shape their careers and live life on their own terms. We’ve teamed up with three Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and a home nursing institute to support students who face barriers in continuing their education.

Akash Harishchandra Kubal
Akash is from Shiroda, Vengurla. After completing his X th class he joined electrician course at Shri Bhumika Technical Institute, Palye, Pernem in the year 2019-20. Although he passed X class he did not go for higher studies, instead he preferred to learn some job oriented course and get a job after that. So he opted for the electrician course which is very much in demand now days.
He passed the Board examination conducted by Human Resource Development Foundation’s Society, Govt. of Goa. After working at 2-3 places he got good experience and confidence too. Right now he is working for White Wood Resort as Electrician Maintenance at Morjim and he is very happy with his job. He earns a good salary. He is very thankful to his teacher Mr. Yeshwant Naik who encouraged him well in his studies as well as in practical work.

Sujit Jaganath Rawool
My name is Sujit. I live at Satarda Rayacheped, Sawantwadi, Maharashtra. When I had passed the IXth class. I felt I could not continue my education in school and it will not help me in any way. Hence I decided to do some short term course and my teacher suggested to go for Plumbing trade which has great demand. I joined Bhumika Technical Institute, Palye in the year 2013. We were given wonderful training by our teacher and all of us learnt the work very fast. I passed my examination in July 2014. Presently I am working for Alor Grand Holiday Resort at Candolim in their maintenance department as plumber. I am thankful to my teacher Mr. Gurudas Gadekar for guiding me to become a good plumber and also to the institute for providing all the facilities.

Sucorina Motes Fernandes
My name is Sucorina and I am from Sawantwadi, Sindhudurga in Maharashtra. I passed my Xth class and I decided to do a computer course. I took admission in Bhumika Technical Institute for the computer course in the year 2017 – 18. This course is very interesting and I enjoyed learning it. I passed the examination conducted by HRDF Society, Govt. of Goa and right now I am working at “Fort Tiracol Heritage Hotel at Tiracol as Front office Receptionist. I thank my teacher for building confidence in me and encouraging me throughout the year.
