Course Content: Trainee learns about First -aid, Fire – fighting, environment regulation and housekeeping, etc. trade tools, kitchen equipment and kitchen operation process. Trainees learns and practices Vegetables cuts, various cooking methods, Indian food and continental food, breakfast, soup, sauces, exotic Indian food based on regional cuisine, salad, sandwiches, canapes, fruit juices, and cold foods, Bakery etc. The trainee undergoes two months on the job training in various hotel industries. 

Job opportunities: Hotels, Motels Resorts Airlines Travels Agencies, Catering Companies, Clubs, Cruise Ships, Bars, Fast Food, Casinos, they can start their own restaurant and catering establishment. 

Course Content: Basic principles, skills and competencies of Food & Beverage Service, Knowledge of Kitchen and Bar Equipments, emphasis on hygiene, sanitation and safety standards, communication skills and service attitude training, On the Job training.

Course Content: Duties and Etiquettes of Receptionist, Front Office Management staff, House Keeping staff, Stewards, Bar – Tenders, Waiters, Cooks, Chefs, Knowledge of Culinary, Bakery, Food Production and Beverage Services. 

Job opportunities: Work as Stewards, Cooks, Bartender in 3 star, 5 Star Hotels, Resorts, Cruise Liners and Fast-Food Joints.

Couse Content: Knowledge of first aid, human anatomy and physiology which includes personal hygiene, beside care of different types of patients from children to adults in old age with variety of medical conditions, use of different nursing aids, ethics and communication skills, plus practical training in Private and Mapusa District Hospitals and physiotherapy basics. 

Job opportunities: work as nursing attendant in clinics and hospitals, old age homes, homes etc. and in homes as private nurses.

Course Content: Safety & Health, Fitters common hand tools, Carpentry, Welding, soldering and Brazing, Masonry work, Plumbing tools, pipes fittings, water purification, Pump operating & installation, solar water heating system and Greasing, Steam operator. 

Job opportunities: Own hardware shop, Service maintenance job in Hotel Industry, Society, Building etc. work in PWD & Water Plant, Contract of construction & building, Drip irrigation, Garden, Vermicompost, Water pump, swimming pool, balancing tank.

Course Content: Use of hand tools, types of AC and DC motors and generators, types of transformers and their parts, types of electrical wiring, servicing, repairing and installation of geysers, ceiling and table fan, mixers, electric iron, soldering iron, etc. and its winding, transmission and distribution of overhead and underground lines. 

Job opportunities: To work as line operator in electricity department. 2. To work as maintenance operator in hotel industries and other firms. 3.to start self-employment and work as electrical contractors.4. open own electrical shop 5. other job opportunities in the country and abroad.
